Lakelands Leisure Village is a secure, gated community for those 55 and over. Lakelands, a privately owned lifestyle village, is full of beautiful established gardens set amongst large trees.

Visit Lakelands and talk to fellow home owners and you will feel an overwhelming sense of security experienced from living within a community environment. The atmosphere is happy, relaxed and peaceful. An atmosphere that promotes increased interaction, whether playing pool, darts or indoor bowls in the recreation centre. Perhaps you will join the arts and craft club or simply browse the library before going for a swim in the heated pool. You may live as privately as you wish, sharing the good times with others when you want to.

Lakelands Leisure Village is owned and managed by the Glenister family who has been at the forefront of lifestyle village development since its inception. The Glenister family understands that listening to the people who live within the village is paramount and has an "open door" policy where you can talk to the friendly and helpful staff. They also pioneered a Residents Liaison Committee elected by those living within Lakelands and this has become an integral part of the community.
