Gumnut Awards

The Gumnut Awards are a major initiative of the Caravan & Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA).

A progressive rating scheme for parks, the Awards recognize Caravan Parks who have demonstrated commitment to sustainable environmental and socially responsible management.

Inspired by the successful David Bellamy Conservation Awards for parks in the UK, the Gumnut Awards are designed to foster the unique Australian environment and way of life.

There are three stages of the Gumnut Award program BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD. Caravan Parks begin with the Bronze Gumnut Award and progress to the Silver and Gold Gumnuts as thier environmental and social resposible knowledge and business practices grow.
