Nature’s Hideaway at Middle Lagoon
Why not plan a few days doing absolutely nothing but swimming, fishing, exploring or lazily watching the whales, turtles and dugongs swim past? At Middle Lagoon you can choose from two accommodation types ranging from fully- and semi- self-contained cabins and unpowered camping sites.
Middle Lagoon is also a terrific gateway from which to explore the fascinating Dampier Peninsula. Take a red dirt morning drive up to stunning Cape Leveque and One Arm Point for incredible views of the Buccaneer Archipelago. It’s an easy drive down to Beagle Bay to take a look at the famous pearl-shell altar at the historic Sacred Heart Church.
